 2. We can customized the package you like as long as you show us what's it looks like. And the package fee will be different according different package.

 

About shipping:

 1.ship by DHL or Air (3-5 days), but pls note that you should pick up the goods at Destination airport by yourself.

 2.ship by UPS ( 6-8 days), Ship by Fedex ( 10-15 days), Ship by sea: 20-30 days.

 3. Generally speaking, We advice that you'd better choose UPS as it is most reasonable and also fast way for small order. Ship by sea for very large order. But the options is yours, we can send any way you like whatever you choose.

Small order can be accepted if we have in stock. The MOQ for OEM order is 500PCS.

 

2.Do you offer warranty?

 

 All of products have 12 months warranty. 

 

3. Can you offer samples for testing?

A : 1-3 pieces samples are available and delivery time usually 2-3 days. Customized

order samples which based on our products will take 5-10days. Proofing time of special

and complex samples depends on the actual situation.
